Refund Policy

At Fortune Sprig, every project is approached with care, attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality design. Because each service is custom and time is reserved in advance, the following refund policy applies to all design services booked through this studio.
Payments & Deposits

All deposits and upfront payments are non-refundable.
Once your project is booked, time is reserved in the studio calendar and early-phase work begins — including research, preparation, and internal planning. -
Full payment may be required upfront for smaller projects, à la carte services, or special rate offers. These payments are also non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
Work in Progress
If you choose to cancel your project after work has started but before final delivery, a partial refund of up to 50% of the total project fee may be considered. This depends on the time and work already invested.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Completed Projects
Once final files or deliverables have been sent, no refunds will be issued.
Revision rounds are included with most packages to ensure you are satisfied with the outcome.
Platform-Specific Fees
If you book a web design service, please note that platform subscriptions (such as Wix) are purchased separately and not included in Fortune Sprig’s pricing. These fees are non-refundable and managed directly through the platform provider.
Refund Requests
To request a refund (if eligible), please email sofia@fortunesprig.com with your name, project details, and reason for the request.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
